HOW TO MAKE STRESS A SPICE OF LIFE edition by Sujata Prasannan Balambigai Balakrishnan Health Fitness Dieting eBooks Reviews
Thank you, Sujata for writing this book! I value my time so your question/answer style of writing really helped me get oriented on the topic.
I thought it could have dealt more deeply into childhood causation, while maintaining the level of humor. Not asking too much I believe.
A great little book with some really great questions.
The questions are simple and yet there is a variety of answers.
I guess this shows how how we are all different and view thing differently.
Recommend having a look.

Author ~ Breaking The Law of Attraction It Is Time To Awaken To Creation
This is a series of interviews with people I had never heard of about how they deal with stress. There is not much new here for anyone who has read other information about stress management techniques. Basically, the author seems to be saying that in order to succeed in managing stress you should get the right attitude, take time for your self and routinely meditate. If you are new to stress management you might finds some useful ideas here
The research and points in this book are well done and much can be learned reading the material.
The formatting made it a bit difficult however. I am not saying do not read it because the information is valuable be be prepared to excuse the the layout as it was not formatted to display well on all devices and when dealing with various e-book formats it helps to test your work in various systems before publishing.
I do like the content however and wish you well.
"How to Make Stress A Spice of Life" is a wonderful book with a lot of great insight from very different people. I enjoyed this book because it's a quick and easy read, yet it still has a plethora of worthwhile wisdom on stress--how it comes into our lives, how we deal with it, and how we view it. I love the title of this book because it implies something very important; stress is an inevitable aspect of all of our lives, but the way we deal with stress and view it can make our lives great or it can make our lives very depressing. You decide what to do with the stress in your life, and the various people Sujata interviews offer an interesting way to look at stress. Will you let it bring you down, or will you let stress push you to do things you never thought you could? Have you learned how to control your stress, or do you let your stress control you? Very interesting read for anyone who suffers from chronic stress, anxiety, or someone who is just looking for some other ways to cope with the everyday stress in their lives.
This book is a compilation of six interviews with people with very different temperaments and personality types. All six people answer the same set of questions about stress, including the causes of stress and ways to relieve stress. The book is based on the idea given in this Chinese proverb “To know the road ahead, ask those coming back.” The wide variety of perspectives in the six interviews is refreshing, and it’s not all woo-woo stuff. One interview is called, “If you’re going through hell, keep on going” while another is “Slow down, get there fast”—as you can see, very different perspectives applicable for different situations in life. A fast read written in a format that allows the reader to take away what is valuable and leave the rest. Nicely done.
